DURATION OF RESULTS
When our cheeks and mid face loose volume they begin to hollow and start to drop causing a tired and sagging appearance. Juvederm 8 point lift is the ultimate solution to loss of facial volume, it involves injecting dermal filler into strategic points on the face. These points will restore volume and lift using different Juvederm products to achieve a more youthful and smoother skin.
+ Where are the 8 points?
The points that can be treated are the cheek, tear trough, nasolabial folds, mouth corners, pre-jowl area, jawline, lower cheek and marionette lines. These are a general guideline, but the actual number of points and amount of filler used are tailored to individual needs. A personalised consultation is necessary to determine this.
+ Will I look massively different?
This treatment leaves no obvious signs of having work done and looks very natural. It doesn’t give a false appearance, but rather makes you look like a better, brighter, rejuvenated version of yourself. The aim is not to make you look completely different.
+ What happens afterwards?
There is very minimal downtime although it may feel a little tender to press on your skin. There may be a little swelling but most patients can go bout their usual day post treatment. Exercise, using saunas and steam Rooms should be avoided for 24 hours and drinking alcohol is not advised for 24-48 hours.
It is not recommended to have this treatment close to an event in case there is any bruising and swelling, flying should also be postponed for 2 weeks.
+ How do I maintain my 8 point lift?
We suggest having a review session after several months to assess whether any areas require a maintenance treatment. Rather than waiting until the results diminish altogether(12-18 months), treatments to tweak specific areas is recommended.
